I have tried 4 times to contact Customer Service every time I finally connect the representative acts like they cant hear me and hangs up. Someone needs to talk to me about my bill I am extremely frustrated with your service your service is awful this is terrible that you cant talk to a person

You guys are horrible. I just wanted to speak to a human and it was impossible. Pay people to answer the phone, and have them speak English!!!

The process for the phone it no good i tried to comically whiff representing the machine dont put to talk whiff real. Person

Power outage
My entire house and several neighborssuddenly lost power. I was told two hours to restore70 minutes and counting
My contact person was great as simple as that
Reconnecting she was very professional n this time we are in most people are not very professional unless they are better my taped not her

No one came to restore power when promised; no update or reply. When we called and went on line, the reply was "no information." Where are you? When is someone coming to restore power?
It it almost 1 am. We were told someone would restore power to our home by 9:30 pm.
No one came and no one is responding.
When we entered our address online and also by phone, the reply came back, "no information."
Where are you? When will help be here?
Power out
Loud boom and power out i neighborhood all homes on our block not sure how far it goes

I cant reach a real person. I never received the bill for this address.
Ive had five accounts at the same time in my name all sent to my home address. I have not gotten the bill for this address. Never received a final notice nothing and you turn off the service and theres a senior in her 80s living in the building.
She has a nurse that lives in with her and we have no electricity, if something happens to her because you are sending the bill to some other address, I will hold you responsible. Pay some money that people answer the frickin phone.

Need to send his bill to my address!!! I am his mother
He going through a divorce!!! His soon to be ex wife is not paying the bills !!!
She took all of Money out there savings account and other accounts!!! He has left her. She also was paying All the bills. Please send me the bills!!!
He has an attorneys thats taking time also!! He still has his job and works every day!!!

Power outage
Power outage at my house, I need this fixed for a health reason need the air conditioner, due to a lung problem
Had low voltage, neutral wire was pulled from the house
When the neutral wire outside came loose from my house, it ruined my alarm clock,fan,modem, stereo, and the furnace.Had an electrician come to the house and a furnace man come.Replaced all breakers( your guy from Com Ed said too do so) . He also said on the order he was going to put in the invoice that it would be covered by Com.Ed.
if anything was damage.I am the renter,so need to replace everything for me except, furnace. That is on my landlord
Service technician came right out. Very good guy ,and full of knowledge.
Reattached the wire to the house.
I felt like a loyal customer.
Now I have a stereo, alarm clock and modem that got zapped.
Also replaced all the breaker in fuse box. Technician told me to to be safe.
