Bill dispute
They sent the final bill to my elderly sister Via E:mail she had previously been on auto direct from her bank account
Since she is 85 and in a nursing home she doesnt have access to or read her E-mail. So we were not aware that there was an outstanding bill until we received a bill from a collection agency!
I dont know who at comed came up with the e-mail bill concept but it was a poor way to save a stamp In this case. And represents poor customer service in this case
Im sure my sisters experience was not unique among the elderly

It was okay. I am glad we have people from all over the world helping; however, many of the new employees and some of the foreigners dont always understand conversation due to lack of patience or the job requires an employee to handle call within a certain amt. of time.

Boost mobile autopa Iy has taken money out of both my wife and my bank accounts. I'm paying for the service.
She was paying for the actual phone. They say they have record of it. Both of our bank cards were charged.
The say we must call our banks. They don't refund!Use a different company
Restore service
I want service reconnected. I was set move somewhere else soon.
That move is not happening now.

To set up services
Ive been calling for over two weeks to set up service in my new place I even used the online service and it is not allowing me to move forward it keeps saying I have to call so if this is the case why arent the phones being answered? How to you start service please let me know as this is vital !!
Poor customer service
Currently on hold to talk to a rep 4 hrs 45 mins. This issue needs to be resolved by phone ASAP.
This is a ridiculous amount of time to have to hold to speak to a representative.

To set up services
I still have not been able to set up service and on the 8 th of November that will now be a month Im currently seeking to speak to some one to set up my account on line !
The review is to shed light on the situation that occurred and just maybe the testimony can help someone else but I thank com ed for handing the situation as soon possible Thanks so much
My service has been interrupted due to non payment i have paid 560.00 i have Parkinson i was told that by paying the 560 i can get my service back on and them i can get a payment arrangement next

Preferred solution: a call
No power at my building for Three days 5126 west Madison St. in chicago.
On Wednesday After the day of the storm my power line connecting from the pole in the alley to the building was on the ground and i reported it down That day.. The backyard of 5126 w Madison where there is no gate and no Dogs.is the location.
Com-Ed Waited to Thursday To come out and they decided to cut the power because repairs had to be made to pole on building that power line connect to.
I completed the repairs the same day and called them on Thursday night to update ticket and expedite the service reconnection,i again called Friday morning and now Saturday Morning a third ticket placed with customer service Jamie and no ETA for service yet ,i am on the line to speak with the supervisor for an hour and yet to have answer on the phone.11:48 a Supervisor picks up and spoke to tell me her names Angel and can only check status and has to put me back on hold.11:52 A ,returns shortly and tells me that i will be escalated to highest priority look for update in two hours, thanks for Angel whom is probably working alone to solve this crisis ,I have a Church with many members and three tenants that definitely needs service... I will see what happen hopefully God will bless me in that order...

I am an electrical contractor and I called for a service drop @ 3 weeks ago. I received a date but no service drop .

My poor father had an issue because of comeds negligence. He has been trying to file a claim for almost 6 months now and absolutely nobody from the claims department will get back to him.
Hes out 13k because of this company. His house would have burned down if he wasn't home to shut everything off.
My sister and I have went back and forth for months emailing and making phone calls.
No call backs whatsoever. Absolutely ridiculous.
