Months have passe since I first called Com Ed and sent Emails regarding a severely damaged concrete light pole. I have received emails and phone calls addressing the replacement of this pole with no results in the field.
Please use this reference number to address details of this issue. 221104-****15 Deterioration of this pole continues and failure of the structure is eminent !!!

Months back I contacted our Village of Plainfield, Illinois about a deteriorated concrete light pole. The Village claimed that the pole is Com Ed responsibility.
I contacted Com Ed via phone and email. Got a call from Com Ed stating that the VILLAGE owned the pole, and that they had contacted them regarding ownership. After that I got an email from the Village stating that they have proof that the Pole is Actually a Com Ed Pole. I have not heard back from Com Ed regarding ownership or pole replacement.
The concrete pole is severely deteriorated.
So much so that it presents a hazard and could be knocked down with little effort. I will contact Edison again to find out what will happen next.

No one was answering and then the computer voice just said they were unable to help and they disconnected.

Lightning assistance for small municipalities
The first person I talked to ask questions that were useful to getting me to the correct office that deals with municipal lighting. I had excellent service from both employees. Both get A+.

Wire on garage roof
Called 6 times cannot get thru i need this done in the next few days. Selling house..inspector wants this done

Power outage
Our power in our home flickered a couple of times and then everything went out. Tried to trip the breaker and the electric came back on for ONE SECOND and shut off immediately by itself. Tried to reset breaker and nothing after that never came back

SCHEDULED visit that did not occur- no-show, no call, too long a window- 4hrs, tried to speak to someone, held phone for over half an hour, tried the chat, was asked to pay. why would I pay to speak to a rep?
I pay my bill on time. There was no reason for the serviceman to come anyway. My meter is accessible. Caused me to cancel/miss my class for nothing.
SOOOO INCONSIDERATE! SO unresponsive.

Downed Light Pole
On 6/8 - I contacted you about a downed light pole on the corner of Huntington Court and Huntington Drive, Shorewood Illinois. The pole was removed (ThankYou) !!!
However, It's important to have light on this corner for safety reasons. Please consider replacing it along with street signs.

You never turned my electric on. This is terrible service.
You are cruel! We have always paid our bills never in 50 yrs we were late.
Yes there was a renter there EDWARD DELI HE MOVED AND AND HE DID NOT Pay his bill but should not effect us. Turn my electric on!!!!
Damage
After electrical inspection will send list of appliances and electrical items still not working. Electrical panel, outlets etc.
